X(yz+1): It’s been a while since I’ve been to a yoga class and I am anxiously looking forward to returning to classes at the “Light House Mind Body Spirit Sanctuary” in Somerset, MA. I recently had my aortic heart valve replaced, so my moves will be pretty stiff, but the beauty of yoga is that it is for everyone, regardless of your fitness level.
