Chronic sleep deprivation doesn’t just make you tired, it quietly erodes the very systems working
in your brain that govern self-control, judgment, and adaptability. Known as executive
functions, these mental processes operate as your internal command center.
My Story: I spent decades living with chronic sleep derivation without even being aware of it. I know that sounds insane, but what was happening to me while I thought I was sleeping is what was slowly and silently beating the living sh*t out of me both physically and mentally. Because of that, I may be one of the biggest nerds on the study of sleep out there.

- Your body was never designed to run on pharmaceuticals. It runs on nutrients like magnesium, vitamin B-12, omega-3s, minerals, enzymes, clean food, and oxygen. These are substances your cells recognize, absorb, and use to repair themselves. A medication, on the other hand, is a foreign chemical.
- Sleep is often the first thing we sacrifice when life becomes demanding, yet it’s one of the most essential pillars of physical, mental, and emotional health. Chronic sleep deprivation doesn’t just lead to daytime grogginess, it slowly weakens us from the inside out.
